This certified course goes beyond the basics of writing user stories, into the full scope of what a Product Owner is accountable for within Scrum: maximising the value the team delivers, representing the customer and business inside every planning conversation, and being the single point of clarity when priorities are unclear.
Participants work through the full Product Owner accountability, from shaping a product vision that gives the backlog direction, to forecasting and release planning, to collaborating effectively with the Scrum Master and development team throughout the sprint. The course draws on realistic scenarios rather than abstract theory, so participants leave able to apply what they've learned immediately. On successful completion, participants receive a Product Owner certification recognised across the industry.
