A good Scrum Master isn't a meeting scheduler or a status-report chaser. They're a facilitator, a coach and, when needed, a shield — someone who helps the team improve how it works together while removing the obstacles standing in its way. This certified course builds that skill set from the ground up.
Participants practise facilitating the core Scrum events well enough that they add value rather than feeling like box-ticking, learn coaching techniques for helping a team solve its own problems instead of solving them for it, and work through realistic scenarios involving difficult stakeholders, unclear priorities and teams resistant to change. On successful completion, participants receive a Scrum Master certification recognised across the industry.
