Most organisations don't lack ideas — they lack a reliable way of turning a raw idea into something tested and worth pursuing. This foundational course gives teams a shared vocabulary and a practical process for innovating, without needing a dedicated "innovation lab" to do it.
Participants learn how to spot genuine opportunities rather than solutions looking for a problem, how to frame a problem before jumping to answers, and how to test an idea cheaply before committing real budget to it. The course draws on lean startup and design thinking practices, adapted for teams working inside an established organisation rather than a greenfield startup, where politics, budget cycles and existing customers all shape what "innovation" can realistically look like.
