This ICAgile-accredited course introduces business agility as a whole-organisation capability, not an IT delivery practice. It's designed for leaders and change agents who need their organisation to sense and respond to a fast-changing market, not just ship software faster.
Participants work through the ICAgile Business Agility Foundations syllabus, covering what business agility actually means, why traditional operating models struggle in volatile markets, and the leadership behaviours and organisational structures that make agility possible beyond individual teams. The course blends the theory with practical discussion of where a participant's own organisation sits today and what the next honest step forward looks like. Graduates receive the ICP-BAF credential from ICAgile.
