HR professionals in a workshop discussion

Agile for HR — ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-AHR)

For HR professionals and organisational leaders, this ICAgile-certified programme makes the case that a genuine shift to agile ways of working starts with people, not process. Participants explore how HR can move from an administrative function to a catalyst for building an adaptable, innovation-ready organisation.
