This introductory programme puts Agile principles and the Scrum framework into practice through hands-on, interactive exercises rather than theory alone. Participants leave with practical, usable knowledge of how to run Scrum for product development — particularly digital initiatives.

The course covers the full arc of a Scrum team's work: building a product vision and backlog, writing and estimating user stories, planning releases, and running the core Scrum rituals that keep a team in rhythm.

    2 days in person, or six 2-hour online sessions

    Instructor-led, with facilitated discussion and case study work
